Become an affiliate and earn 50% commission on all sales you generate in the wordskills webstore. By placing an affiliate link on your web pages that takes visitors to our webstore you will be credited with 50% of any purchase that those visitors make.

Our webstore uses Clickbank for customer payment processing and the Clickbank affiliate system for managing and tracking affiliate commissions. With Clickbank you will not only earn 50% commission on wordskills webstore sales but you will also earn commissions on 100's of other products and services that other publishers sell in the Clickbank marketplace.

Here's how to join Clickbank as an affiliate and start earning 50% commission on each sale at the wordskills webstore. It won't cost you anything.

1. Sign up as a Clickbank Affiliate

Sign up as a Clickbank Affiliate. All you need to do is to sign up at clickbank with the affiliate name (NICKNAME) that you want to use, some details about how to contact you and where to send paid commissions. You can ignore the part in the sign-up form about selling products since you will be an affiliate, not a publisher.

2. Create Your Referral Links

When you have signed up with Clickbank and obtained your affiliate name (NICKNAME) you can now use it in web pages to direct visitors to the wordskills webstore so that referrals can be attributed to you.

To make a text link on your web page (Clickbank call this link a 'hoplink') you should use the following code in your web page HTML :-

• You must replace NICKNAME with your Clickbank Affiliate name

3. Check Your Commissions

When you have added the links (as many as you want) to your web pages and you have checked that they have worked (when clicked they should re-direct to the wordskills webstore) you can now monitor and track referrals and commissions. The 'Old' Wordskills Affiliate Programme

This part ONLY applies to those who joined the wordskills affiliate programme before October 2006. It does NOT apply if you joined as a Clickbank Affiliate.

For various reasons we decided to revise our payment processing system and, in choosing Clickbank, decided to adopt their affiliate system. The advantages of the Clickbank Affiliate system are numerous and include our ability to raise commissions to 50% (compared to the much lower rates paid by the previous system), and to enable our affiliates to benefit from referring customers to any of the publishers in the Clickbank marketplace.

Unfortunately it does however mean that if you were a Wordskills Affiliate (with an affiliate number assigned by wordskills) you will need to join Clickbank as an affiliate and make some slight changes to the HTML code on your web pages. Refer to the instructions at the top of this page to learn how to join as a Clickbank Affiliate and how to create the referral links you will need to use to redirect visitors to the wordskills webstore.

From October 2006 onwards the 'old' wordskills affiliate system will no longer be tracking referrals or accumulating commissions earned from your web site (although the links on your web pages should still redirect to the webstore). Unfortunately we are not able to transfer any unpaid affiliate commissions from the 'old' wordskills affiliate system to Clickbank Affiliate accounts so we will be contacting separately those affiliates who have accumulated commissions due for payment.

The 'old' wordskills affiliate profile will still be available to existing wordskills affiliates for a period of time. Use the panel below with your existing wordskills affiliate number and password to view it. Note that the statistics panel in the profile is no longer updated.
