inPrint

inPrint is the Wordskills Publisher Program. It is designed to provide you - a teacher, trainer, materials writer, educational establishment, or a small business in the field of education and training - with an opportunity to publish and sell your training course materials online to a global audience.

  • You provide the course content and pay a small fee
  • We convert the course material to an ePublication and host it on our webstore.
  • We set up the eCommerce system to collect payments from your customers.
  • We pass on 70% royalties to you.

The program will suit you if your course has been considered too specialised to make traditional publication worthwhile. Or perhaps traditional publishers that you have approached feel that the market is too saturated for your publication.

No knowledge of eCommerce is necessary. We provide the technical support and take care of handling the eCommerce side of the business, leaving you to focus on what you do best - content development and delivery.

A Broad Range of Course Content

We will publish education and training material in most subjects, for example, Information and Communications Technology training, English for Special Purposes, Examination Preparation Resources, Resource Packs for AVCE(GNVQ) and NVQs.

So, if you've designed a course in English for the Asian Pulp and Paper Industry we'll host it for you even if traditional publishers have rejected it. Please bear in mind that specialised courses may not necessarily lead to high sales.

We have made changes to the program since it was first introduced. Please refer to Stage 2 below for further information on chnages that have been made.

If your course material is ready to publish complete the proposal form.

  Stage 7 We will then contact you to arrange a method for getting your publication to us, and methods of payment of the fee. We prepare the publication in an appropriate format and host it on our server. We create an entry in the webstore, an information page about the publication, a downloadable sample of pages, and an order form. We set up the eCommerce system to accept payment from customers and the links to allow them to download the purchased publication from our server.

If you don't have anything to publish - but you know someone who does, or if you have a web site and could encourage authors to use our publisher program, then you could earn commission on sales by joining our affiliate program.
